The following terms govern your use of JUSTH2O.au (the “site”), and its brands. By accessing this site you (the “Customer”) are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms then you may not access or use this site.
1. Price and Payment
Payment terms are strictly CASH, Debit or credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX,DINERS CLUB, UNION PAY, JCB upon delivery of water to site. If you are not home at the time of
delivery, please arrange prepayment with our just h2o team
2. Refunds
We cannot refund payments after water has been delivered. Our filling & delivery methods are one way, and cannot remove water from a source once delivered.
3. Delivery Time
Any time or date or date given by JUSTH20 to the Customer is an estimate only. The Customer must still accept delivery of the goods even if late and JUSTH20 will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer as a result of the delivery being late.
4. Access
The Customer shall ensure JUSTH20 has clear and free access to the delivery site at all times to enable them to deliver the goods. If the Customer has dogs on the property, please ensure they are secured prior to the delivery driver’s arrival. The site shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Customer’s property (including, without limitation, damage to driveways and concrete or paved or grassed areas or bridges or septic systems) unless due to the negligence of JUSTH20. The Customer must inform JUSTH20 in writing if they have a septic system located in the area where the truck is expected to operate.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the driver deems the driveway access to be unsafe to complete delivery of which a full refund will be provided.
5. Risk
Water Supplied is sourced solely from a registered drinking-water supply (UNITY WATER). JUSTH20 cannot be liable for the maintenance, filtration management & hygiene of the customers water facility
6. Loyalty Card
*Loyalty Card is for New Tanks & Tank refills only.
*Loyalty Stamp is received for each order of 10,000 Litres or More.
*Loyalty Card is for the address only and is not transferrable to neighbours, friends and family.
*Loyalty stamp will only be provided on completion of the water delivery & payment.
*Loyalty Card cannot be used for Pool fills.
*On the third order of 10,000 Litres, and additional 10,000 litres will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
Example: John Smith Ordered 10,000 Litres in March 2024 of which he received his loyalty card and one stamp for the water purchase. John Smith ordered 20,000 Litres of water in July 2024 and received his 2nd loyalty stamp for ordering 10,000 Litres or more. John Smith Ordered 20,000 Litres In December 2024, however, for his loyalty, only paid for 10,000 Litres and received 10,000 Litres Free under the JUSTH2O loyalty Program.
7. Intellectual Property
This Site is owned and operated by JUSTH20. No material from this Site may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in anyway, without the prior written permission of JUSTH20. All Site materials, across all brands (including without limitation all graphics, design, text, images, logos) and the selection and arrangement thereof are copyright of JUSTH20. Modification of any of the materials on this Site or use of the materials for any other purpose will be a violation of JUST H2O copyright and other intellectual property rights.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Information on this site is provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While every effort has been made to provide the most accurate information available we advise that information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. JUSTH20 and it’s brands may at any time and without notice make improvements and/or changes in this information. To the fullest extent possible and subject to applicable law, JUSTH20 disclaims all warranties, express or implied as to the material and information on this site, and all of its brand’s sites, and the operation of this site. JUSTH20 does not warrant that the functions contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that this site or the server that makes it available is free of any virus or other harmful elements. JUSTH20 will take reasonable steps to ensure personal information held by it is accurate. You may edit any personal information that JUSTH20 holds on you by contacting us via phone or email. JUSTH20 may collect and publish aggregated information about usage patterns but will not disclose any personally identifiable information to third parties without your permission unless required to do so by law, court order or as requested by a governmental or law enforcement agency. JUSTH20 will not rent or sell your personal information. Communications over the internet are not secure unless they have been encrypted. 11. Online orders
Any online sales of goods and/or services from JUSTH20 are made subject to JUSTH20 standard terms and conditions of sale at the time of sale. All prices quoted on this site are in AUSTRALIAN Dollars. Final billing amount will be in AUD.
12. Jurisdiction
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia.
13. Currency
All pricing and final billing is processed in AUD.
